Yoga Teacher · Habit Coach
Hi, I'm Ritika Dahiya — I help people find calm and strength on the mat, and carry that same steadiness into their everyday habits. Whether you join a group event or work with me one-on-one, we start where you are.
About me
I've been teaching yoga for 5 years, blending Vinyasa, Yin, and Pranayama with meditation and a healthy dose of humor. My classes are less about the "perfect" pose and more about noticing — how you breathe, where you hold tension, and what changes when you slow down.
Alongside teaching, I coach people on the habits that support a life they actually want to live. The mat is where it starts; the rest of the day is where it matters.

Habit Coaching
Yoga taught me that lasting change comes from small, repeatable steps — not willpower marathons. In habit coaching, we apply that same idea to the rest of your life: movement, sleep, focus, food, whatever you're ready to work on.
We map your current routines and the habits quietly running the show.
We pick one or two tiny habits that fit your real life — no overhauls.
Weekly check-ins keep it gentle, accountable, and adjustable as you go.
